Delivers complete seasonal care with extra savings. Includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year, a 15% discount on repairs, plus two FREE service calls (standard or after-hours HVAC). $27.00/month ($324/year) | Each additional system: $15/month ($180/year).

VIP Total Maintenance Plan (HVAC)

Our premium plan for homeowners who want complete freedom from service call fees. Includes four scheduled maintenance visits per year, a 20% discount on repairs, and $0 service calls (standard or after-hours HVAC). $43.75/month ($525/year) | Each additional system: $23/month ($276/year).

Service-Call Fee Clarification: The Comfort Plus and VIP Total service-call benefits waive the applicable service-call fee. This does not mean repairs, parts, or labor are free. Applicable repair discounts remain as listed in each plan.

Our Residential Maintenance Process

Thorough Inspection

We check electrical connections, refrigerant pressures, and safety controls to help identify developing issues and explain any recommended repairs.

Cleaning & Component Checks

Our technicians wash condenser coils, clean and flush condensate drains, test contactors, and replace thermostat batteries as part of the included maintenance.

Performance Review

We measure system temperature splits, perform safety checks, and provide a full system report with any recommended actions.
