Larger facilities or properties with more complex needs may require a customized maintenance proposal following an evaluation.

Bi-Annual Commercial Maintenance (HVAC)

Standard Plan: Includes a 10% repair discount, priority scheduling, and 2 scheduled maintenance visits to help reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.

VIP Plan: Includes a 20% repair discount, waived standard or after-hours service-call fees, priority scheduling, and 2 scheduled maintenance visits.

Quarterly Commercial Maintenance (HVAC)

Standard Plan: Includes a 10% repair discount, priority scheduling, and 4 scheduled maintenance visits to help reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.

VIP Plan: Includes a 20% repair discount, waived standard or after-hours service-call fees, priority scheduling, and 4 scheduled maintenance visits.

Service-Call Fee Clarification: VIP service-call benefits waive the applicable standard or after-hours service-call fee. Repairs, parts, and labor are not free; the listed repair discount applies.

Scheduled Preventative Care

We coordinate maintenance scheduling with your business. Our team cleans coils, checks electrical connections, and inspects safety controls to help support dependable operation and reduce the risk of unexpected downtime.

Operational Report & Priority Support

You receive an operational summary for each serviced system, along with any recommended actions. Priority scheduling is included as outlined in your plan, with appointments subject to availability.
